At Cubetainers, we are committed to protecting your privacy.

a. Online Forms and Emails

The only personally identifiable information we collect is that which you voluntarily submit to us. For example, if you send us an email with questions or requests about our products or services, we may ask for your name, postal address, telephone number, and/or email address in order to respond to your inquiries.

b. E-commerce and Online Orders

We may collect information such as your name, address, delivery address, phone number, email address, and credit/debit card details. Your payment card details are securely processed through a payment gateway and are not visible to us. Credit/debit card information is encrypted using SSL3 (Secure Socket Layer) and never stored on our servers.

If you submit a job application, quotation request, or any other inquiry via email, you may be required to provide personal information so that we can review your request and contact you. We may store the information you provide to send you updates about our company, products, or services from time to time.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up-to-date. You can check the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct them promptly.

2. Non-Personally Identifiable Information

a. IP Addresses

An IP address is a number used by computers on a network to identify your computer so that data can be sent to you. We collect IP address information to administer our website and compile statistics.

b. Cookies

Cookies are small data files that a website sends to a user's computer while browsing. Cookies identify your web browser and store information about your visits, but they do not reveal any personally identifiable information. We may use cookies to understand which areas of our site visitors access most frequently and to help improve our website.

3. Information Sharing
