Shipping policy

1. Shipping

We work with suppliers from different countries and your order will be shipped from our warehouses across the United Kingdom, Europe and North America. We ship most of our containers worldwide and our team has solid experience in container shipping. Each container is carefully inspected before shipment.

All orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days and will be shipped with a tracking number. We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. Buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping options selected. Depending on the carrier chosen, estimated shipping dates may appear on the quotation or invoice. Please understand that delivery delays may occur for reasons beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions or logistical constraints.

Please also note that shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight. The weight of an item can be found on its product detail page.

2. Return and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an active order within 48 hours of confirmation provided that the order has not yet been shipped. A refund will be issued minus any applicable payment processing fees.

Any cancellation request made after 48 hours may incur a 10% restocking fee regardless of the order status. You may return an item within 14 days after delivery of the goods.

We will process the return with a full refund if the return is due to an error on our part (defect, damage, shipping error, etc.).

Any item returned due to an incorrect address provided or unpaid customs duties (for international buyers) will be refunded minus the original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Any item returned in unopened packaging will incur a 10% restocking fee. The buyer remains responsible for return shipping costs as well as the original shipping charges.

Any item returned with opened merchandise will incur a 20% restocking fee. The buyer remains responsible for return shipping costs as well as the original shipping charges.

Any item returned with missing or damaged parts or packaging may result in a value deduction based on the condition of the product received or the return may be refused.

No returns or exchanges are accepted for clearance items, customized products or products modified at the customer’s request.

Refunds are generally processed within a reasonable period of 5 to 10 business days after receipt and validation of the returned item.

3. Reservations and Special Orders

We charge the full amount for all reservations and special orders. Availability dates are estimates only, and delays may occur due to manufacturers, transportation or other logistical constraints.

Your order will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available.

We accept cancellations for reservations and special orders; however, refunds may be issued minus payment processing and order handling fees.
